At Holy Clergy Shop, every clergy garment is made to order with great care to ensure high-quality craftsmanship, comfort, and the perfect fit.

Production & Shipping Process

All garments are carefully tailored by skilled artisans. Once completed, items are sent to our Virginia facility (USA) for quality inspection, labeling, and final dispatch.

This process helps ensure a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Orders
Processing Time: 4–5 business days
Transit Time (USA): 8–12 business days
Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks

Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders
Processing Time: 6–10 business days
Transit Time (USA): 8–12 business days
Estimated Delivery: 4–5 weeks

Express Orders (FedEx / DHL Express)
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 8–10 business days
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 weeks

Customs & Duties

Express orders may be shipped directly from our production facility outside the United States via FedEx or DHL.

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost
  • These charges must be paid by the customer according to local regulations

If these charges are not paid or the delivery is refused, the package may be returned or disposed of without refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior approval.

Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or replacement after inspection.

Sizing Issues
If your made-to-order garment matches the size ordered but does not fit properly, you may reorder the same item at 50% off. Refunds are not available in this case.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless defective.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
