Production & Shipping Process

Each garment is carefully tailored by skilled artisans. After production is complete, the garment is sent to our Virginia facility in the USA for quality inspection, labeling, and final dispatch.

This additional quality control step helps us ensure that your order is properly checked and prepared before it is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time includes both the time required to prepare your garment and the time required for shipping.

Standard Orders

• Processing Time: 4–5 business days
• Transit Time (USA): 8–12 business days
• Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks

Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders

• Processing Time: 6–10 business days
• Transit Time (USA): 8–12 business days
• Estimated Delivery: 4–5 weeks

Custom and made-to-measure garments require additional preparation to ensure the requested measurements are followed correctly.

Express Orders (FedEx / DHL Express)

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Transit Time: 8–10 business days
• Estimated Delivery: 2–3 weeks

Express shipping is available through FedEx or DHL Express. Please note that express shipping may follow a different fulfillment route.

Customs & Duties

Express orders may be shipped directly from our production facility outside the United States through FedEx or DHL.

International customers may be responsible for additional charges imposed by their country.

• If these charges are not paid or the delivery is refused, the package may be returned or disposed of without refund or replacement.

Sizing Issues

If your made to order garment matches the size ordered but does not fit properly, you may reorder the same item at 50% off.

Refunds are not available in this case.
