Returns & Cancellations
At Holy Clergy Shop, all products are carefully made-to-order, with many items custom-made to ensure the best fit and quality. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail stores. We are committed to being fair, transparent, and clear with all our customers.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable under normal circumstances.
These items are only eligible for return if:
- The item is faulty or damaged, or
- You received the wrong item
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 3 working days starting from the day after placing your order.
To cancel your order:
- You must contact us in writing (email)
- No reason or cancellation fee is required
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 30 days.
Refund Conditions
If an order is cancelled but:
- The item is not returned in original condition, or
- Return shipping costs are not covered
We reserve the right to deduct any recovery or handling costs from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider
