1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape straight and not too tight.
2. Shoulder Width
Measure from one shoulder edge to the other (back side).
3. Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist.
4. Neck
