Production & Shipping Process

All garments are carefully tailored by skilled artisans. Once completed, items are sent to our Virginia facility (USA) for quality inspection, labeling, and final dispatch.

This process helps ensure a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers.

Customs & Duties

Express orders may be shipped directly from our production facility outside the United States via FedEx or DHL.

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost
  • These charges must be paid by the customer according to local regulations

If these charges are not paid or the delivery is refused, the package may be returned or disposed of without refund or replacement.

Sizing Issues
If your made-to-order garment matches the size ordered but does not fit properly, you may reorder the same item at 50% off. Refunds are not available in this case.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless defective.

I have not received the shirts you requested me to review. I was notified they shipped on August 21. I have sent an email inquiring about my shipment and have not received a reply, only a request to review them. Since I do not have them, I am rating with 1 star.

I waited several weeks for the shirt to arrive and when it finally came, I was disappointed that it was poorly packaged and missing the tonsure inserts. I tried to process a return but none of the email addresses would allow me to respond until I found a direct email address buried in the text on the website. The inserts are supposedly en route but I am certain that it will probably take several weeks for them to arrive.
